Welcome! I am currently a student at Western Washington University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. I plan to graduate in Fall 2026. My academic experience has given me a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and organizational strategy, and it has also helped shape my interest in how strong teams and effective leadership contribute to long term success.

Alongside my studies, I work full-time at Target, where I am a Style Team Lead. In this role, I help manage day to day operations, support team development, and ensure a strong guest experience in a fast paced environment. Working in a leadership position while completing my degree has challenged me to grow quickly, develop strong communication skills, and learn how to support a team while balancing multiple responsibilities. These experiences have strengthened my interest in people-focused leadership and the role that effective management plays in building successful organizations.

One of the aspects of business that interests me most is the human side of leadership. I’m passionate about helping teams grow, improving systems that support people’s work, and creating environments where individuals can contribute their best ideas. I believe progress happens when people feel supported, challenged, and motivated to improve, and I hope to continue developing the skills needed to lead in ways that encourage both personal and organizational growth.

Outside of work and school, I spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoors. Living in the Pacific Northwest has made it easy to explore activities like hiking, skiing, and swimming, which are some of my favorite ways to recharge and stay active. I’m also a big Seattle Seahawks fan, and following football is something I always look forward to during the season.

As I continue working toward my degree and gaining leadership experience, I’m excited to keep learning, building meaningful connections, and finding opportunities to contribute to organizations that value strong teams and continuous progress.
